Another “honorless-Killing”

Posted in Jihadist Swine on May 25th, 2008 by gatordoug

The swine who commit these acts want honor? How about we publicly hang them! Souless bastards!

Morsal O. was 16, a young girl with joie de vivre. She laughed a lot and she was a go-getter. She was a good student, had ambition and a lot ahead of her in life. But she was murdered on Friday, May 9. Her 23-year-old brother Ahmad, with the help of a cousin, lured her to a parking lot near a subway station in the German port city of Hamburg under a false pretense and stabbed her 20 times with a knife.

If Morsal had known she would be coming face to face with her brother, she probably wouldn’t have gone that evening. The two hadn’t been on talking terms for quite some time, and Ahmed had threatened his sister repeatedly. Just before her murder, Morsal had sought refuge from her family, who moved to Germany from Afghanistan 13 years ago, at a number of city social facilities, most recently living for more than a year in a youth safe house. But she never succeeded in entirely breaking off contact with her family.

All this girl wanted was to be a normal kid, to be free, and her brother butchered her, in the name of some evil twisted religious fanaticism! Hell holds a special place for him, and those like him!

Heartache in Santa Fe as WIFIITIS strikes!

Posted in Comic rerlief on May 25th, 2008 by gatordoug

Ah, yet another malady identified by yours truly, WIFIITIS!

A group in Santa Fe says the city is discriminating against them because they say that they’re allergic to the wireless Internet signal. And now they want Wi-Fi banned from public buildings.

Arthur Firstenberg says he is highly sensitive to certain types of electric fields, including wireless Internet and cell phones.

“I get chest pain and it doesn’t go away right away,” he said.

Firstenberg and dozens of other electro-sensitive people in Santa Fe claim that putting up Wi-Fi in public places is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Couple forced to divorce is Saudi Arabia

More backasswardness from the Saudis!

Saudi couple forced to divorce by an Islamic court have called for more international pressure to reunite them after Saudi authorities failed to fulfill a pledge to a U.N. body to do so.Fatima Azzaz and Mansour al-Timani were forced to separate in 2006 after her brothers persuaded judges her husband’s tribal stock was not prestigious enough.

It is one of a series of cases that have drawn international criticism of human rights in Saudi Arabia, a key U.S. ally and the world’s top oil exporter.

Yakin Erturk, the U.N.’s expert on violence against women, said during a visit to Riyadh in February that authorities had promised to allow the couple to reunite.

“Our case has not been resolved yet … I cannot get justice in my country, the United Nations could not get me justice, I turn to Allah and to the world to ask for this injustice to be brought to an end,” Timani told Reuters late on Saturday.

Great news! Soldiers can now have sex in Afghanistan

Posted in SEX on May 25th, 2008 by gatordoug

Well, sort of

Single soldiers and civilians working for the U.S. military in Afghanistan can now have sex legally. Sort of.

A new order signed by Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Schloesser, commander of Combined Joint Task Force-101, has lifted a ban on sexual relations between unmarried men and women in the combat zone.General Order No. 1 outlines a number of prohibited activities and standards of conduct for U.S. troops and civilians working for the military in Afghanistan.

Previously, under the regulation, sexual relations and “intimate behavior” between men and women not married to each other were a strict no-no. The regulation also barred members of the opposite sex from going into each other’s living quarters unless they were married to each other.

Divers survive night in shark-infested waters

Absolutely terrifying!

A rescue helicopter spotted the man, aged 38, and woman, 40, drifting some eight miles northwest of Bait Reef, winched them aboard and flew them to a nearby resort island.

Police said the divers, who were not immediately named, survived because they had remained calm while floating in the ocean overnight, and were lucky to be alive.

“If I was them I’d be getting out the 30 million dollar lotto ticket tonight … they were very lucky people,” rescue helicopter spokesman Philip Dowler said.

Obama’s idiotic comment of the day

Posted in Politics, Uncategorized on May 25th, 2008 by gatordoug

This is priceless! Obama lays the blame for Hugo Chavez, who came to power during Bill Clinton’s watch, being first elected in 1998, squarely at the feet of President Bush!

Since the Bush Administration launched a misguided war in Iraq, its policy in the Americas has been negligent toward our friends, ineffective with our adversaries, disinterested in the challenges that matter in peoples’ lives, and incapable of advancing our interests in the region.

No wonder, then, that demagogues like Hugo Chavez have stepped into this vacuum.

As LGF points out This is certainly not the first time Obama has botched historical facts. I wonder too, how would Obama fare in a history test?

Never forget the cost of your freedom, nor the toll others have paid and will pay for your liberty.

Liberty is a blessed gift from God above, without Him, there is no liberty. God gave us not merely our liberty, but also gave us hereoes to defend that liberty. Thank Him, and His heroes this day, and every day.

A daughter writes about the heartache of radical feminism

Posted in Uncategorized on May 24th, 2008 by gatordoug

A must read here! This illustrates just how perverse the radical feminst ideology is. TRULY SICK!

You see, my mum taught me that children enslave women. I grew up believing that children are millstones around your neck, and the idea that motherhood can make you blissfully happy is a complete fairytale.

In fact, having a child has been the most rewarding experience of my life. Far from ‘enslaving’ me, three-and-a-half-year-old Tenzin has opened my world. My only regret is that I discovered the joys of motherhood so late - I have been trying for a second child for two years, but so far with no luck.

I was raised to believe that women need men like a fish needs a bicycle. But I strongly feel children need two parents and the thought of raising Tenzin without my [male] partner, Glen, 52, would be terrifying.

As the child of divorced parents, I know only too well the painful consequences of being brought up in those circumstances. Feminism has much to answer for denigrating men and encouraging women to seek independence whatever the cost to their families.

My mother’s feminist principles coloured every aspect of my life. As a little girl, I wasn’t even allowed to play with dolls or stuffed toys in case they brought out a maternal instinct. It was drummed into me that being a mother, raising children and running a home were a form of slavery. Having a career, travelling the world and being independent were what really mattered according to her.

I love my mother very much, but I haven’t seen her or spoken to her since I became pregnant. She has never seen my son - her only grandchild. My crime? Daring to question her ideology.

US ambassador to Iraq: AQI is nearly finished

Posted in War on Terror on May 24th, 2008 by gatordoug

I just know the far left will rejoice over this news! Or not!

The U.S. ambassador to Iraq said Saturday that Al Qaeda’s network in the country has never been closer to defeat, and he praised Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki for his moves to rein in Shiite and Sunni militant groups.Ryan Crocker’s comments came as Iraqi forces have been conducting crackdowns on al Qaeada militants in the northern city of Mosul and on Shiite militiamen in the southern city of Basra. Thousands of Iraqi forces also moved into the Shiite militia stronghold of Sadr City in Baghdad last week imposing control for the first time in years.

Clint Eastwood vs Spike Lee

Posted in Race Pimping on May 24th, 2008 by gatordoug

Seems like littlle Spikey is upset because Eastwood made “racist films” about Iwo Jima. Eastwood left out Black US soldiers, so Spike Lee decided to right this gross misjustice by playing the old and tired race card.

Just one small problem Spike, seems you are historically illiterate

“Does he know anything about American history?” Eastwood told Focus when asked about Lee’s criticism. “The U.S. military was segregated til the Korean War, and the blacks in World War Two were totally segregated. The only black battalion on Iwo Jima was a small munitions supply unit that came to the beach.

“The story was about the men who raised the flag and we can’t make them black if they were not there. So tell him: Why don’t you go back and study your history and stop mouthing off!”

Castro still alive, bashes Bush, McCain

Posted in International scene on May 24th, 2008 by gatordoug

The evil dictator not only lives, he sounds a LOT like Democrats!

Cuban leader Fidel Castro blasted Republican presidential candidate John McCain on Friday for his criticism of the Cuban government this week, saying McCain had shown why he finished near the bottom of his class at West Point. In his latest newspaper column, Castro also attacked U.S. President George W. Bush for his speech on Wednesday announcing that U.S. citizens would be allowed to send cell phones to Cuba.

“A deluge of speeches and lies they directed at Cuba,” Castro said in a column published in Communist Party newspaper Granma. “How far they are from knowing Cuba and its people.

McCain, speaking in Miami on Tuesday, vowed to maintain the United States’ 46-year-long trade embargo against the island until, among other things, the Cuban government frees political prisoners and holds internationally monitored, multi-party elections.

Fidel, buddy, can you do the world a huge favor and die already?

Noted Leftist tool: Yes I may have a daughter, but I wanted her aborted so….

Posted in Culture on May 24th, 2008 by gatordoug

What a prick!

The author and screenwriter Gore Vidal, one of the last giants of an American literary scene that included Norman Mailer, Truman Capote and Joseph Heller, has admitted that he may once have fathered a love child, but refused to be part of her upbringing because he had paid for the mother to have an abortion.

“Possibly. I don’t believe so,” he replies when asked if the rumours are true. “The father was either me or a German photographer. I believe the mother is dead. The child was a girl. Every Christmas I would receive a picture of them all around the tree, and there’s the little girl looking like me. I could have a daughter, yes.”

Asked why he has made no attempt to contact her, he replies: “I sent her mother money for an abortion. Which she used to go to Detroit, where she found a rich man.”

Classless!

John “F#@^ing” Kerry: The Wisdom in Talking

Posted in Politics, War on Terror on May 24th, 2008 by gatordoug

Here comes Kerry to attack Bush, and McCain, and to salute Obama’s promises to talk with our enemies.

When Bush accused “some” — including Obama, Bush aides explained — of “the false comfort of appeasement,” McCain echoed this slander. “What does he want to talk about with [Mahmoud] Ahmadinejad?” McCain asked, fumbling to link Obama to the Iranian president’s hateful words. Soon, a GOP talking point was born.

Lost in the rhetoric was the question America deserves to have answered: Why should we engage with Iran?

In short, not talking to Iran has failed. Miserably.

Bush engages in self-deception arguing that not engaging Iran has worked. In fact, Iran has grown stronger: continuing to master the nuclear fuel cycle; arming militias in Iraq and Lebanon; bolstering extremist anti-Israeli proxies. It has embraced Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and spends lavishly to rebuild Afghanistan, gaining influence across the region.

Obama blames anti-Hispanic hate crimes on Rush, Lou Dobbs

Posted in Race Pimping on May 23rd, 2008 by gatordoug

This, I suppose, would be part of his new, politics? Bringing people together? Uniting, not dividing?

In a speech to the crowd, Obama sharpened his rhetoric against some of the most vocal voices against immigrant workers and migrant worker programs.“A certain segment has basically been feeding a kind of xenophobia. There’s a reason why hate crimes against Hispanic people doubled last year,” Obama said. “If you have people like Lou Dobbs and Rush Limbaugh ginning things up, it’s not surprising that would happen.”

Well, I guess his pastor DID teach a thing or two.

Bloomberg for VP?

Posted in Politics on May 23rd, 2008 by gatordoug

Are both Obama and McCain looking at Mayor Nanny? I would understand the Messiah looking at the possibility, after all, they share a great number of big government ideals. But McCain? Surely that would be the worst possible choice and would lose the election by alienating the base even further.

The morning before John McCain’s sprightly turn on Saturday Night Live on May 17, the de facto GOP presidential nominee had breakfast at Sarabeth’s on Central Park South with Michael Bloomberg and his girlfriend, Diana Taylor. This much you may have read in the Post, which reported that the trio consumed scrambled eggs and coffee and left a 20 percent tip. (The tab was picked up by the McCain campaign—which is akin in its degree of absurdity to a homeless guy’s stuffing a $5 bill into Warren Buffett’s pocket.) A McCain spokesman quoted by the Post added that “discussing a vice-presidential slot for Bloomberg was not on the agenda.” But a source close to the mayor informs me that the topic of McCain’s V.P. search was very much on the menu. One of the participants, in fact, came away from the conversation under the distinct impression that Bloomberg is on McCain’s short list.

Speculation about the possibility of Mike for veep is nothing new, of course. It’s been bubbling ever since late February, when the mayor decided, once and for all, not to launch an independent bid for the White House. Yet, by and large, the ruminations have revolved not around Bloomberg’s being McCain’s running mate but Barack Obama’s. The hopemonger has courted the mayor, not only orchestrating a breakfast op of his own but running an important economic speech past Bloomberg before he delivered it. And Deputy Mayor Kevin Sheekey, as is his wont, has been stoking the flames like some kind of meth-addled pyromaniac. Moreover, according to a friend of mine who witnessed the exchange, a non-Sheekey member of Bloomberg’s inner circle recently told a prominent CEO in the city that Bloomberg’s and Obama’s people held a meeting in April to discuss the former’s suitability to being the latter’s No. 2.

In a presidential year in which the unprecedented has become the commonplace, and in which the political currents swirling around the race keep carrying us into, as the cliché has it, uncharted waters, maybe it was inevitable that the veepstakes would yield a circumstance this bizarre: the presumptive nominees of both parties seriously mooting the concept of teaming up with the same dude. And not just any dude, mind you, but the Democrat turned Republican turned Independent, divorced, Jewish billionaire mayor of our glorious metropolis. The mind doth fairly reel at the notion—and even more so at the fact that it might actually make sense for either of them.
